Six selected scenes from Carlo Collodi’s children novel Pinocchio’s Adventures.

As in most of classical children literature, Pinocchio’s stories offer a strong dark side: death, failure, deception and fear are heavily present throughout the narration.

Linocut technique has been used in this work to communicate the feel of rough imperfection; the images have been hand printed on different layers to give the artwork a bas-relief effect.

Here are presented two variations of the tunnel-book structure.
